Eurovis 2026 Conference Scholarships

Are you a student who would like to join the Eurovis 2026 conference but don’t have all of the necessary funds to cover your expenses? You can apply for a scholarship that covers both your conference registration costs and a stipend. In particular, we are seeking student volunteers for the Eurovis 2026 conference and we would like them to apply for this scholarship. We can help you with your application by supplying an invitation letter.

The scholarships are aimed at researchers with financial need who can demonstrate the benefits of attending the Eurovis 2026 conference to their careers. The scholarships cover the cost of the conference registration and a stipend. The stipend is 250 EUR for attendees traveling up to 3,000 km (e.g., within Europe) and 1,000 EUR for those traveling more than 3,000km. This stipend is paid after the conference. The registration costs are paid directly by us.
