Presenter Guidelines

Equipment: All presenters are provided with a projector accepting HDMI input. Mac users, please bring an appropriate adaptor for HDMI input.

Template: We have a Eurovis 2026 presentation template

Timing: For full and invited papers, we recommend 15 minutes of presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions, answers, and discussion, and then 1-2 minutes of context switching. For short papers, we recommend 10 minutes of presentation, followed by 2-3 minutes of questions, answers, and discussion, and finally 1-2 minutes for the next presenter to setup.

Instructions: Please test out your presentation during the break before your paper session. There is a speaker’s podium in the main auditorium. For all other rooms, there are tables to place your laptop on. Please speak with a student volunteer if you need assistance. For a serious problem, please speak with a member of the staff from the conference venue.
